Our Platform

WebConcept, including all software, designs, logos, and documentation, is owned by CyberGorilla. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform without our written permission.

AI-Generated Content

Content generated by AI through our service is licensed to you for use on your websites. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws.

5. Payment and Billing

Free Trial

New users receive a 14-day free trial with limited features. Only one trial per person is allowed. When your trial ends, your website will go offline unless you subscribe to a paid plan.

Subscription

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Refunds

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase for consideration of a refund.

Price Changes

We may change our prices at any time. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. We will provide notice of any price increases at least 30 days in advance.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may:

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Termination

By You

You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your personal information will be deleted

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in activities that we believe are harmful to our platform or other users. We will provide notice when possible, except in cases of severe violations.

9. Changes to Terms
